This workshop is for people who have been woven and sewn garments based on SAORI design books for a while and who want to make their own designs. Based on the request, I will talk about my process of how to look at the woven piece to make a new design for it. 

There are some points for me to make a desicion, bring new ideas, cover the shortage and break rules. I will be happy to share that and hope it inspires you. And I am happy to answer any questions that participants have.

You will need to do some try and error to find your own way to make your own design, however, you will learn Mihoko’s current way for a shortcut.

This is not a beginner designer at all. Participants need to show their face on zoom and be ready to share their experience and give feedback.
